Baby Vaccination Schedule Privacy Policy
Baby Vaccination Schedule (“we”, “the app”) is a personal organizer that helps caregivers track childhood vaccination schedules, reminders, and related notes on their own phone. Your child’s records are stored on your device — not as a clinic chart, medical device, or source of medical advice.
1. Information you enter
You may enter child profiles (name, date of birth, sex, schedule choice), vaccination doses, appointments, medicines, growth measurements, milestones, health notes, and photos you attach. This content is saved in a local database on your phone.
2. On-device storage (default and current product)
Core records use on-device storage only. Optional device features you enable may use the photo library, calendar, local notifications, and biometric app lock. We do not sell your child’s health records. We do not operate a cloud backup or account sync product for Baby Vaccination Schedule in the current Play release — personal and health records you enter stay on your phone unless you export a file yourself.
3. Local export & deletion
You can export a backup file (for example JSON/CSV) to storage you choose, or delete all app data from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes on-device app data subject to your device’s OS behavior.

4. Notifications & reminders
With permission, Baby Vaccination Schedule schedules local reminders on your device (vaccine due dates, appointments, medicines). These do not require sending your child’s records to our servers.
5. Advertising
The app may show a non-intrusive banner ad (Google AdMob) on some screens. Ad networks may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. We request non-personalized ads where supported and set a G-rated maximum ad content rating. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings. Advertising identifiers are separate from the child records stored in the app.
6. Analytics & crash data
We do not operate a separate first-party analytics product for Baby Vaccination Schedule. Google Play and ad SDKs may collect standard diagnostics and advertising measurement as described in their policies.
7. Children & audience
Baby Vaccination Schedule is designed for adult caregivers and parents. It is not directed at children as the primary users. Child profile information is entered and controlled by the adult using the device.

Not a government app. Baby Vaccination Schedule is an independent personal organizer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or operated by any government agency — including India’s Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), National Health Mission (NHM), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or the World Health Organization (WHO) — and it does not provide or facilitate government services.
Schedules and growth charts are based on publicly available guidance for organizational use only. Baby Vaccination Schedule does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always confirm vaccines and care with a qualified healthcare provider.
